I wish to obtain Disc or an attached file to e-mail: On documents uploaded in http://pbadupws.nrc.gov/docs/ML1400/ML14008A127.pdf, which was recently released under my FOIA request, I wish to obtain 1 CD copy holding digital photos of document, instead of black and white PDF. Or, the attached digital photo file to e-mail also will also do. ( I prefer the latter format. )
( This request is submitted because of the document uploaded to reading room is obscure and hard to read, especially its first 2 pages)
