I am currently compiling research materials for an article I intend to write. The below listed Items, I feel, would aid greatly in my research and

I would therefore like to request the following documents under the Freedom of Information Act :

1. All the FOIA request letters to the USTR submited since 1980 to the date of your final response to this request. (Please exclude this request I am forming. )

2. A list by title or description of all materials released as a result of FOIA request as a passage of the act.

As I am making this request as a journalist and your response has timely value, I would appreciate you communicating with me

through e-mail or phone call, rather than by mail, if you have question regarding this request.

This request is not complexed and expected FOIA exemption to this seemed to be only 5 U.S.C.§ 552 (b)(6),

I look forward your prompt assistance within 20 business days as the statute requires.
