I request All the emails and attached files since 2012 up to the date of this request, which contains the word Sendai between the NRC and any agencies of Japanese government.

FYI, Sendai is a nuclear power plant expected to restart operation

( Now no nuclear power plant is on operate in Japan ) . And Japanese government officials use the email address ending “ go.jp ”, in general.

As in the usual requests I submitted, this FOIA is aimed at solely public goods.

I request Full fee waiver and prior expedite procedure. For I am a news media representative widely read in nuclear policy topics and the information expected to be released shall contribute public understanding of U.S. government activity. We have Japanese and English pages.

And the Sendai plant is going to restart very soon, in case no more critical information are given.

Therefore, to estimate the accurate risk of Sendai plant which can lead to Protective activity even for U.S. citizens, as USNRC records in Fukushima crisis showed.
