I am seeking for the ”more than 400 pages document” showing 90% of the workers in Fukushima Daiichi run away just after the accident except for only 50s. It is consisting of hearing from Masao Yoshida( Fukusima Daiichi Manager in 2011, and now passed by cancer), mentioned in the link below.
