This is a freedom of information request.

I am seeking

(1) “ All the communication between US CENTCOM and NHK which includes words both Fukushima and Tomodachi since March 11, 2011 to the date of this request. ” ( FYI, NHK is the public broadcasting TV station in Japan. )

(2) “ All the communication between US CENTCOM and CNN which includes words both Fukushima and Tomodachi since March 11, 2011 to the date of this request. ”

The items I am requesting include, but are not limited to, e-mails, video tape, DVD, fax, hand written letters and phone conversation records.　

We are the news media and the documents obtaind by this FOIA request shall be used only for coverage, not for commercial purpose. This FOIA case contributes public understanding of U.S. government in the emergency event, and how the major medias followed the story for the coverage.

Therefore, I request a full fee waiver but ready to pay up to 25 dollars.

In case the items seemed to also locate in other federal agencies ( i.e. U.S Air force or U.S. Navy ) I appreciate if you kindly transfer this request to other the releavant FOIA offices, and process the case in all the offices.

Lastly, I myself am sending this request to U.S. DOD now.

追記　一部の局　（　http://www.dod.mil/pubs/foi/dfoipo/def_agencies.html　）でウェブサイトのFOIAオフィスページが障害を起こしていてアクセス出来なくなっていました：（１１月１４日１７時３０分現在）　なのでまたあとでリクエストする必要があります
