1. All the meeting records between Japanese government’s NISA ( a regulatory body on nuclear safety ) officials and U.S. officials Mr. Fran Townsend ( perhaps then the homeland security assistant to the president) and Mr. Kevin K. Mahler ( then diplomat in U.S. embassy in Japan, be in charge of scientific and engineering issue ) which is covered by a Japanese news paper, Asahi Shimubun article in March 24, 2014.

Allegedly by the report, the a topic of meeting was on security measure to terrorist attack in Japanese nuclear Facility’s. Given the facts that(1) the part of the content in the meeting is already covered and in the public domain, and( 2) journalist who covered the story, Mr. Douglas Birch and Okuyama Toshihiro do not have a security clearance, at least relevant part of records should be released even though FOIA exemption may applicable.

3. (2) All power point files and cables on (1)Agreement for Cooperation Between the Government of the United States of America and the Government of Japan Concerning Peaceful Uses of Nuclear Energy and (2) the security of nuclear facilities in Japan, both of which drafted since March 11, 2011


4. All the communications between Agency and (1) Mr. Douglas Birch (2) Mr. Okuyama Toshihiro (3) Funabashi Yoichi, a Japanese journalist, which include, but not limited to (1) Phone conversation log (2) Direct conversation log (3) Letters (4) e-mails (5) FAX’s. since March 11, 2011.


5. All the document mentions about Mr. XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX which U.S. embassy in Japan drafted or obtained since April 1, 2013, up to now.
