Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, 5 U.S.C. 552, I wish to obtain copies of (1) all the hearing of report the prosecutor(s) had made for, however did not submitted to, the court of International Military Tribunal for the Far East (2) All the transcripts of meeting between Hirohito and Douglas MacArthur. (3) All the documents refer to Toshiyoshi Miyazawa ( Constitution Professor in University of Tokyo, and one of who draft post- war Japanese constitution )

For your convenience, here is attache a wikipedia link for the Trial.

They include, but not limited to Military personnels of Imperial Japan. But as for priority, please search for and release hearing from military personnels prior order.

I also prefer electronic format.

Further, the documents I am seeking may not have been unclassified, however, I request declassification of the document. Because the time has passed more than 60 years since the events documents have recorded and downside effect which follows the disclosure should have been inevitably diminished.

If you deny my request, please attache reasonable and substantial reasons; ( an absent of) them shall be a good source of appealing.

I am a news media representative and going to write an article on history of Imperial Japan. It shall be distributed for understanding of international law, war crime, and many other aspect of publics, therefore, I request a Fee Waver. I agree to pay up to 25 dollars.
